Room Types
Presidential Suite One or Two Bedroom
The Club’s largest suite and best parlor for entertaining on the 17th floor. A King Master Bedroom and optional connecting Queen Bedroom are accompanied by a living room style parlor and separate dining room. The parlor offers convenience with a butler’s pantry, dining room, jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, cozy fireplace, expansive closets, and a convenient powder room in the parlor for your guests.
- Two Bedroom Presidential Suite: 1390 sq. ft.
- One Bedroom Presidential Suite: 1160 sq. ft.
Chicago Suite One or Two Bedroom
The second largest suite offers both one and two bedroom connecting options looking over Jackson Boulevard on the 16th Floor. The Master Bedroom extends East of the Parlor, the secondary optional connecting King is off the West side of the parlor. the ability to open up to two King size bedrooms connected by a. The parlor features a large dining, relaxing seating area (including a sleeper sofa), a wet bar/prep area, and a full bathroom for guest usage.
- Two Bedroom Chicago Suite: 1163 sq. ft.
- One Bedroom Chicago Suite: 971 sq. ft.
Artist/Author Suite (VIP Suites), One, Two or Three Bedroom
These suites feature an oversized parlor with a desk, sitting area and dining for four guests along with a full bathroom. The parlor connects to a King Bedroom with an optional adjoining Double Queen Room and King Room off the other side of the parlor (please note the third bedroom is accessible from the hallway or through the second Queen/Queen bedroom). These suite configurations are available on both the 12th and 13th floors.
- Three Bedroom: 1132 sq. ft.
- Two Bedroom: 907 sq. ft.
- One Bedroom: 703 sq. ft.
Illinois Suite, One or Two Bedroom
The Illinois suite parlor features a connecting King Bedroom and a Connecting Double Queen Bedroom off either side of the parlor (which also has a sleeper sofa). The parlor can be opened up to both or to one of the rooms depending on what works best for the guest’s needs. This suite offers a full bathroom in each room. There are four of these suite options available throughout the guest room floors.
- Two Bedroom: 576 sq. ft.
- One Bedroom: 384 sq. ft.
Lincoln Suite, One Bedroom
Perfect for business traveler or small family stays, this room features a King Bedroom with an adjoining parlor that has a sleeper sofa foyer, two closets and a full bathroom in each room.
- One Bedroom: 415 sq. ft.
Executive Suite
This is our entry level suite. The living area is separated from the bedroom/bathroom by a door. The living room does feature a small sitting area along with a Sleeper Sofa.
Deluxe Guest Rooms (King or Double Queen)
Premium room category, studio style featuring either King Beds or Double Queen Beds depending on your needs. This category is significantly bigger than the standard guest rooms with a sitting area (with a sleeper sofa). Some also feature a wet bar.
Standard Guest Rooms (King, Double Queen or Queen)
These accommodations are our entry level category, perfect for a quick no-frills visit to relax and recharge. All of these rooms feature seven layer bedding, marble bathrooms, a TV and desk to enjoy.
